Based in south eastern France since 2002, I work extensively throughout southern France, around the Mediterranean and Central Europe, with a strong focus on rosé.

In January 2018 I published 'Rosé: Understanding the Pink Wine Revolution', a global overview of the history and styles of rosé.

In July 2022 I published my second book on rosé, co-written with my son Ben Bernheim, ‘Rosés of Southern France’ – a handbook highlighting the terroir, traditions and regional diversity of the rosés of southern France. Available on Amazon https://amzn.to/3RFvgU6 and in French Rosés du sud de la France. Now working on the next project on Pink Bubbles.

I write for a number of international publications including Decanter, Guildsomm, Sevenfifty, Meininger, Quench, The Buyer, Drinks Business, Sommelier India and Civilta del Bere.

I am a consultant for a number of rosé producers, and make a rosé "Sen" with Slovak winemaker Vladimir Magula.

I lecture at trade shows, conferences and wine events and I am an international judge.
