Biography

I work as an independent consultant in Ireland, predominantly administering the WSET Diploma for the whole island. I also do consultancy work involving training, sourcing, buying and wine list building. I have also judged at the IWSC, Mundus Vini, Michelangelo, Les Citadeles du Vin, Food Hotel Asia. In 2009, I was one of 12 people selected by Wine Australia to participate in the inaugural Landmark Australia Tutorial.

I would consider myself to be a good taster with an unusual way of looking at things - someone who recognises class and quality but also has an eye for the interesting and different.
