The Vieux Chateau Certan tasting will be taking place on 5th February 2013 (9.45-12.30) at Trinity House.
The Institute of Masters of Wine is delighted to announce that it will host an exceptional master class in London with Vieux Château Certan, including a vertical tasting of seven vintages.
Vieux Château Certan is one of the oldest properties in Pomerol, at a high point on the plateau of Pomerol , neighbouring Petrus, La Conseillante and L’Evangile. It has been owned by the Thienpont family since 1924 and today is run by Alexandre Thienpont. This illustrious property is recognised as one of Pomerol’s superstars.
The tasting will be presented by Alexandre Thienpoint and Fiona Morrison MW and moderated by Julia Harding MW
