This Institute master class, or open day, is the first ever to be staged in Hungary and is taking place during VinCE 2010 which is showcasing wines from Central and Eastern Europe to trade professionals and consumers. It is aimed at wine trade professionals who are interested in entering the Institute's education programme and will provide them with a valuable, firsthand insight to the syllabus and what is involved in becoming a Master of Wine. Attendees will have the opportunity to:
- Learn more about the Institute’s education programme and the world’s most respected wine qualification, Master of Wine (MW);
- Test their palate with an MW-style tasting workshop with Elizabeth Gabay MW and Lynne Sherriff MW, Vice-Chairman of the Institute;
- Discuss professional development with Masters of Wine before and after the event; and
- Meet the executive team from the Institute, including its Executive Director, Siobhan Turner.
