Sommelier’s are on the cold face of service in the wine industry and are in the unique position of being able to get instant feedback on their wine choices. This gives them a real insight into what the customer is actually interested in. We have drawn on expertise from three corners of the globe: London, New York and Sydney to investigate the ‘REAL’ current customer trends. Our three speakers will tackle topics from, consumer opinion on natural wine, the impact of the cocktail culture on the wine by the glass, the next hot grape variety and how can we get more people involved in wine. Three different speakers, from three different cities, with three different opinions…it's sure to be a hot debate!
