Dominic is a partner specialising in Intellectual property at the London office of UK law firm Shoosmiths. Both a solicitor and a trade mark attorney, he acts for a number of businesses within the drinks sector assisting with the registration and protection of IP, commercial contracts, marketing campaigns and related disputes.

Wine has been a longstanding love and a hobby that got somewhat out of control and ended up on the MW journey. Whilst the numerous legal and commercial challenges mean that wine is an interesting sector to work in, it is his fascination in the world of wine and its tendency to be produced in some of the most beautiful parts of the world by interesting people that is the real attraction.

He is on the Board of the Court of Master Sommeliers Worldwide and a Freeman of the Vintners Company.
