Based in south eastern France since 2002, I work extensively throughout southern France, around the Mediterranean and Central Europe, with a strong focus on rosé.

In January 2018 I published 'Rosé: Understanding the Pink Wine Revolution', (Classiç Wine Library)a global overview of the history and styles of rosé. In July 2022 I self-published 'Rosés of Southern France' co-written with Bernheim – a handbook highlighting the terroir, traditions and regional diversity of the rosés of southern France. In 2026 we co-wrote 'The Wines of Provence' (Academie du Vin).

I write for a number of international publications including Decanter, Guildsomm, Sevenfifty, Weinseller, Sommelier India, Drinks Business....

I started to run a series of rosé trade events: Fine Rosé Day and Drink Pink Wednesday.

I am a consultant for a number of rosé producers, and make a rosé "Sen" with Slovak winemaker Vladimir Magula.
