AWRI series - Evaluation of winemaking treatments in Australian Cabernet Sauvignon

18 January 2019 , 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM  | London

This tasting showcases how current winemaking practices can influence final wine style. Explore and compare the stylistic and compositional differences of Australian Cabernet Sauvignon when one harvest or winemaking variable is changed at a time.

It is a two hour seminar including tasting 15 wines and will be presented by Con Simos, Group Manager at the AWRI.
