AWRI series - Evaluation of winemaking treatments in Australian Cabernet Sauvignon

This tasting showcases how current winemaking practices can influence final wine style. Fifteen different wines have been made from the same batch of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes using a range of different harvest dates and winemaking techniques. Explore and compare the stylistic and compositional differences of Australian Cabernet Sauvignon when one harvest or winemaking variable is changed at a time.

It is a two hour seminar including tasting 15 wines and will be presented by Con Simos, Group Manager at the AWRI.
