This tasting showcases how current winemaking practices can influence final wine style. Fifteen different wines have been made from the same batch of Chardonnay grapes using a range of different harvest dates and winemaking techniques. Explore and compare the stylistic and compositional differences of Australian Chardonnay when one harvest or winemaking variable is changed at a time.
It is a two and a half hour seminar including a tasting of 15 wines and will be presented by Con Simos, Group Manager at the AWRI.
