The Institute of Masters of Wine and the Comité Interprofessionnel des Vins d’Alsace (CiVA) are organising an introductory course to be held in Alsace in April 2025.
The course, which is open to 20 participants, will be led by two MWs, Caro Maurer MW and IMW Chair Rod Smith MW. They will explain the MW approach to the exam syllabus with a special focus on the writing and tasting skills required to become a Master of Wine. The class will include several tastings of different wines from different regions of the world.
