Nick Jackson MW publishes second edition of Beyond Flavour

Nick Jackson MW recently published the second edition of his well known guide to tasting, Beyond Flavour. The first edition was described by Wine Spectator as ‘quietly the best wine book to come out in recent memory’, and received favourable coverage in The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, The Times and in numerous wine publications.
The second edition is completely rewritten, and contains a wealth of new material, including producer recommendations, new variety entries, key insights in tabular form, a glossary and an index. The book itself provides an alternative approach to wine tasting, than that which is typically taught in wine technology, and advocates assessment through structure, as opposed to flavour.
