Louise Sydbeck MW, who has lived in France for 25 years, has been involved in the wine trade since the start of her professional career.

After working as sommelier and wine consultant for a number of years she set up her own business in 2008 to cater for the demanding clientele of the yachting industry in the South of France and beyond. After many years of hard work Riviera Wine became one of the leading wine suppliers in the yachting industry and the business was sold in 2018. Since then Louise continues to consult for the company and its key clients whilst also being involved in wine education and events.

Louise became a Master of Wine in 2014 and was also awarded the Bollinger Medal for her results in the tasting examination.
