25th anniversary Bordeaux trip

The Conseil des Grands Crus Classés 1885 will host a group of 10 masters of wine from 12-14 March 2023, to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the student trip to Bordeaux. Members can recall the popular 20th anniversary visit here.

The trip itinerary will be provided by the host in the new year.

Arrival and departure

MWs will need to make their own arrangements to/from Bordeaux. MWs will arrive on Sunday 12 March and depart on Tuesday 14 March, and the trip will precede the annual stage 1 student trip. There may be some overlaps with the MW visits and the start of the student trip itinerary but otherwise the two trips will be hosted separately.

Eligibility

The visit is open to all Masters of Wine with places selected via a random lottery draw. All attendees will be required to pay £100 trip administration fee and make their own travel arrangements to/from Bordeaux. Meals and accommodation during the visit are covered by the trip host unless specified otherwise.
