D.O. Cava invites members to an exclusive tasting hosted by Sarah Jane Evans MW and Pedro Ballesteros Torres MW – Tasting the different origins of Cava – the diversity and characteristics of D.O. Cava.

Throughout the session, Sarah Jane and Pedro will delve into the world of premium Cava and explore the D.O.’s recently defined sub-zones through a guided tasting of nine different expressions of the wine, and will discuss the trends and issues in Cava as well as the ageability of the wine and its varietals.
